Public Notice SR Cordova, LLC ("Cordova") is making an application to the Public Service Commission of South Carolina on or about October 15, 2025, for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Convenience and Necessity and Request to Proceed with Initial Construction Work for the construction and operation of a 100 MW AC solar photovoltaic generating facility (the "Project") on an undeveloped site located in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, approximately 2.8 miles southwest of the City of Orangeburg near Cordova Road.This application is being made in accordance with the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, Chapter 33, Title 58, as amended, entitled the "Utility Facility Siting and Environmental Protection Act." Once filed, a copy of Cordova's application can be found on the Commission's website at www.psc.sc.gov.
