ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Single prime bids are solicited and will be received in the office of Dr. Larranda Spivey, Franklin County Schools located at 53 West River Road, Room109, Louisburg, NC 27549 at any time before 2pm on 10/16/25 The project consists of replacing two (2) 130-ton air-cooled chillers. Replace two (2) oil-fired cast iron boilers (approx. 1,500 MBH each) and their respective primary pumps. Drain down the entire hot water and chilled water systems and flush all the existing piping. Provide water treatment to return both loops to appropriate chemical balance.
