NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING AND THIRTY (30) DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR SHIP
AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORT
PUBLIC MEETING: To obtain input and comments from citizens regarding the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Annual Review Report, as required in the SHIP Statute at Florida Statues, Sec. 420.9076(5). This meeting will discuss the review of local housing incentive strategies by the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC), in preparation of the annual review to be submitted to Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
The local housing incentive strategies will be reviewed, and all recommendations will be subsequently forwarded to the Mayor and City Commission.
The draft report will be available for review on the City's website at www.miamibeachfl.gov.
Interested residents and other parties are encouraged to provide their comments at the Public Meeting.
