Main Street, on the question of annexing the following described territories upon petition for Voluntary Annexations, pursuant to the provisions of NCGS 160A-31 and 160A-58: Annexation Petition: A25-07, owned by Duke Energy – Property located at Deer Path Road, more particularly described as Wake County PINs: 0629624446 (portion of) and 0629497094 (portion of): containing 51.057 +/- acres, lying and being in Holly Springs Township, District of Wake County, North Carolina.
