A description of the work involved with this service contract can be summarized as follows: The purpose of this contract is for preventative maintenance regarding the Light Mechanical category. This category encompasses the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems such as HVAC and plumbing systems, boiler and chiller maintenance and inspections. The scope of work for this category includes: VRF Safety, Annual Serviceability Scopes of Work as relates to indoor/outdoor VRF Units, Branch Boxes, overall HVAC systems and, Boiler Safety, Serviceability Inspections, and Hydronics. This light mechanical contract is for 1-year, renewable for 4 additional years, at agency option. The light mechanical limit for the service contracts will be $200,000 per project.
