CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID Farm Well #4 Installation Project # 25-679 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Farm Well #4 Installation (No.: 25-679) project. This project involves the installation of a 20-inch water well located at PWRF Farm Circle #4. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract shall be physically complete by no later than, Wednesday, March 18th, 2026.
