TA 03-25 Dimensional Standards: Proposed Land Development Code Text Amendment to amend Chapters 2, 3 and 5 to more thoroughly define various lot and frontage types, provide greater administrative flexibility for the development of accessory structures on double frontage lots, and provide greater flexibility in measuring front and corner setbacks for structures located on infill lots.
