On September 23, 2025, Samuel Wade McCord, Macon-Bibb County Tax Commissioner, filed certain Tax Foreclosure Petitions in the Bibb County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of certain ad valorem tax lien(s) as more particularly described below. The particulars of each such Petition are as follows: _________ Civil Action File No. 2025-CV-083735 Tax Parcel ID No.: Q083-0058 Property Address: 712 Bright Street, Macon, GA 31201 Tax Years being foreclosed: 2017 through 2024 Amount of taxes owed (including any interest and penalties which have accrued through the filing date): $4,067.31 Legal Description: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 32 of the Macon Reserve West, in Bibb County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING AT AN IRON PIN, located on the southwesterly side of Bright Street; said pin is 144 feet from Telfair Street Lane; and Commencing from this iron pin as follows: South 51 degrees 16 minutes 46 seconds East to an iron pin; thence South 40 degrees 51 seconds West for a distance of 135.4 feet to an iron pin; thence North 48 degrees 10 minutes 2 seconds West a distance of 80 feet to an iron pin; thence North 40 degrees 15 minutes East for a distance of 131.1 feet to the Point of Beginning. This property is more particularly shown on a plat made by John O. Roberts, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1115, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 97, in the Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court. Said plat is hereby incorporated by reference. This is the same property described in a warranty deed from Willie B. Haves and Robert Griffin to John G. Kelley, Jr .. recorded in Deed Book 1349, Page 297, said Clerk's Office.
