The 30.8-acre property subject to Agricultural Preserve/Williamson Act Contract PLN22-00200 is zoned F-B-X 20 AC. MIN. (Farm, combining minimum parcel size of 20 acres) and the additional land to be included with the Agricultural Preserve/Williamson Act Contract PLN25-00165 is zoned RA-B-100 (Residential-agricultural, combining minimum lot area of 100,000 square feet). The subject property is located on Assessor's Parcel Number 031-220-061-000 at 7615 Callison Road. The Board of Supervisors will also consider a determination that the project is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15317 (Open space contracts or easements) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and section 18.36.190 of the Placer Environmental Review Ordinance (Open space contracts or easements).
