NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Holly Springs Town Council, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 128 S Main Street, Holly Springs, North Carolina to receive comment on the following: 25-REZ-06: A zone map change to change the zoning of 81 acres from RR Rural Residential to NR-CD Neighborhood Residential Conditional Zoning District, at 2316 Piney Grove Wilbon Rd, and is further described by Wake County PIN 0647701834. Conditional Zoning District information may be found at www.hollyspringsnc.gov/PublicHearings. A public hearing on a development agreement pursuant to NCGS §160D-1001 will be held on the development's proposed residential uses. A copy of the development agreement may be obtained by emailing the town attorney at john.schifano@hollyspringsnc.us or by requesting a copy at town hall. Brook Manor Development Agreement: A public hearing on a development agreement pursuant to NCGS §160D-1001 will be held on the proposed residential uses in the Brook Manor Subdivision at the intersection of Bass Lake Road and Penshaw Way, further described with the following Wake County PIN 0659509502. The agreement would allow the property owner to complete the Brook Manor subdivision under a previously approved subdivision plan 05-MAS-02-A01. A copy of the development agreement may be obtained by emailing the town attorney at john.schifano@hollyspringsnc.us or by requesting a copy at town hall. 25-CPA-01: A Comprehensive Plan Amendment to consider the adoption of Vision Holly Springs Section 4 Community Facilities; Section 5 Infrastructure & Utilities, and Section 6 Natural Area. 25-UDO-02: A request filed by the Town of Holly Springs to amend various sections of the Unified Development Ordinance - Chapter 2 Districts; Chapter 3 Use Provisions; Chapter 4 Open Space & Conservation, Chapter 5 Landscaping; Chapter 8 Building, Site & Subdivision Design Standards; Chapter 9 Signs; Chapter 11 Administration & Decision-Making Bodies; & Chapter 13 Definitions. The proposed amendments may be viewed at www.hollyspringsnc.gov/PublicHearings. All interested person(s) will be heard. This request is subject to change due to the discussion, debate and possible objections at the public hearing.
