Public Notice Purple Lotus, LLC has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to install 467 LF of FRP bulkhead approximately 4 ft in height along the critical line at 74 Gardner Dr, Saint Helena Island, SC 29920 on Jenkins Creek for shoreline protection. The front face of the bulkhead will not extend channelward of the SCDES-BCM critical line, verified on 01/31/2025. Between lines 14 through 21, the front face of the bulkhead will be constructed 1 ft upland of the critical line.
