CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Bradenton Planning Commission will meet in regular session on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton to consider the following items at a public hearing: 1. Final Order PLN-APL-25-0001, Case PLN-APL-25-0001: An Appeal of the Planning and Community Development Director's determination that live music at 1114 12th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205, constitutes an Outdoor Amusement Center or Outdoor Auditorium, both of which are prohibited in the T4-R (General Urban Restricted) zoning district per Table 4.7 of the Form Based Code. Application filed by Cecilia Hernandez (property owner). 2. Ordinance 4064, Case PLN-TXT-25-0002: An Ordinance of the City of Bradenton, Florida, amending the City of Bradenton's Land Use Regulations, Chapter 5, General Regulations, Sections 5.1.2.7 and 5.2.2.4 "Fences and Hedges", to modify fence heights in proximity to streets and to modify dimensional standards for visibility triangles and Chapter 10, Definitions, to add the definition of "Principal Entrance", modify the definition of a "Lot" more particularly a rear lot line along an alley, modify the definition of "Double Frontage Lot" more particularly what is considered a rear lot line, and "Visibility Triangle or Vision Triangle" removing the dimensional standards; providing for codification; providing for the repeal of ordinances in conflict; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
