PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to RCW 43.21.C and WAC 197-11, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 24, 2025, the City of Lacey Department of Community and Economic Development issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) relative to the environmental impact of the following described proposal: Proposed amendments to the Lacey Municipal Code and the Development Guidelines and Public Works Standards related to permit processing and development code procedures. Lacey Municipal Code Title 11 to contain codes related to such procedures. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request. Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2025, which is also the appeal deadline for the DNS.
