PUBLIC NOTICE Michelle Graham with Quick Quack Car Wash, 6020 West Oaks Boulevard, Suite 300 Rocklin, California 95765, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Tacoma Quick Quack Car Wash, is located at 6602 6th Avenue Tacoma, in Pierce County. This project involves 1.33 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities. The receiving water will discharge to Whittier Park – Leach Creek Holding Basin. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in Ecology's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
