Cooke Properties will apply (has applied) to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to build a bulkhead, 3'-4' high, 146' long in total with a 10' return wall at the OCRM line, install a small 4' x 6' walkway with a handrail fastened to support/attach a 3' x 20' aluminum gangway with handrail to a 8' x 15' floating dock, attached to two 12" butt float piles, install a 10K all aluminum Deco boat lift mounted to four 12" butt piles for private use, at/in 5 Cramer Avenue, Parcel C on Stoney Creek.
