NOTICE TO INFORM: At the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council meeting on September 18, 2025, Ordinances 77-78 were enacted related to: (1) amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to reflect current requirements for municipal expenditures, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds; (2) amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to correct funds for purchase orders rolled from FY 2025 into FY 2026, and appropriating and re-appropriating funds.
