Release Date: September 23, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Billy Wright Landfill Gas Flare Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number RFP20250923MCRWMA – Billy Wright Landfill Gas Flare. MCRWMA is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a low emission landfill gas (LFG) enclosed flare and control panel (System) for the future installment at the Billy Wright Landfill (Landfill) with LFG sourced from the Landfill. MCRWMA (Owner) will purchase the System. The LFG will be sourced from the active Landfill. The proposed flare shall meet the emission limits of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Rule 4311. The RFP document can be found at https://mcrwma.org/bids.aspx.
