FREIGHT HOUSE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 1. Design-Build steel gate at west entrance to the Feight House Parking Lot; and 2. Replace metal halide fixtures with LED fixtures lighting the Freight House parking lot and sidewalks. The Freight House Community Improvement District requests proposals from qualified contactors to complete any or all of the improvment projects set forth above and more particularly described in the RFP. Such services will be provided at the Freight House property at 101 West 22nd Street, Kansas City, MO 64108.
