NOTICE TO BIDDERS TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB PROJECT: PAVING & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR FOREST HILL DRIVE, PALMETTO COURT, & PAINT ROCK COURT Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of "Paving and Drainage Improvements for Forest Hill Drive, Palmetto Court, & Paint Rock Court." will be received at the Town of Trophy Club, 1 Trophy Wood Drive, Trophy Club, Texas 76262, until 2 p.m., Thursday, October 23, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work required. The improvements under this contract include the following approximate quantities: 7,200 S.Y. of Reinforced Concrete Pavement 4 EA of Standard Curb Inlet Contract Documents (including Plans and Special Contract Documents) have been prepared for this project and may be obtained at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 5237 N. Riverside Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76137. A forty dollar ($40.00) non-refundable deposit is required for each set of Special Contract Documents. These documents may also be examined without charge at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Fifth Edition including all current amendments), as published by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), also comprise a part of the Contract Documents for this project and may be purchased at the offices of NCTCOG in Arlington, Texas.
