THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUALS, JOSHUA K. TOOTLE and STEPHANIE L. TOOTLE, husband wife, have filed a petition in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, seeking to confirm and quite their title by adverse possession exceeding 10 years to the above-described real property.
