NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CLOSE AND ABANDON EPPS FARM ROAD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Sections 57-9-10, et seq., Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, that Petitioners will, upon the completion of publication of this Notice in accordance with Section 57-9-10, file a Petition to Close or Abandon Street, Road or Highway with the Court of Common Pleas for York County, South Carolina, to close and abandon the approximate 50-foot right of way for a road or street known as "Epps Farm Road," identified as York County road Y-J4-025 and located within the City of Fort Mill, York County, South Carolina, which is described on the attached Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. A Grant of Right-of-Way for Street or Road as to Epps Farm Road dated April 13, 1999, is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County in Book 2877 at Page 150.
