NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR MOSQUITO CONTROL ASSESSMENT: The Benton County Mosquito Control District Board of Trustees will hold a meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27th, 2025, at the district office located at 4951 W. Van Giesen Street in West Richland, WA., to classify and assess properties within the district boundaries (including Grandview and Mabton). The meeting will include a Public Hearing on the 2026 assessment rolls. The Revised Code of Washington 17.28.256 contains regulations on special assessment districts and the public hearing/objection process.
