Alston Ave. REID 157196 from General Industrial to Neighborhood Services; Redwood and Electra Rd. REID 238066 from Rural & Agricultural Reserve to Community Institution; and Baptist Rd. REID 193989 from Utility & Public Works Facility to Rural & Agricultural Reserve. Text Amendment RTP Amendment (TC2500001) a privately-initiated text amendment request to amend multiple sections of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) in order to expand the existing University and College District (UC and UC-2) standards to create a new zoning district ("UC-3") and facilitate the inclusion of "large scientific and technical research parks" within the UC districts framework. Zoning Changes RTP Zoning (Z2500025) change Science and Research Park (SRP), Science and Research Park-Core (SRP-C), Industrial Light (IL), Industrial Park (IP), Office and Institutional (OI), Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20), Residential Rural (RR), Falls/Jordan District B Watershed Protection Overlay (F/J-B) to University and College-3 (UC-3), Falls/Jordan District B Watershed Protection Overlay (F/J-B) located at the entirety of Research Triangle Park, excluding one parcel in Durham County Garland District (Z2400047) change Industrial Light (IL) to Commercial General (CG) and Commercial Infill (CI) located at 414, 420, 424, 428, 434, 440, 441, 447, 448, 450, 452 & 456 S. Driver St., 2211 Grantham St., 2005 & 2007 E. Peabody St., 411, 412, 414, 415, 417, 420, 422 & 424 Salem St. 3306 Page Road (Z2500006) change Residential Rural (RR), County jurisdiction to Planned Development Residential 8.876 (PDR 8.876), City jurisdiction located at 3306 Page Rd. 3404 Page Road Amendment (Z2500010) amend the existing development plan for Z1700031, zoned Planned Development Residential 5.788 (PDR 5.788) located at 0, 1000 and 1002 Oak Mill Dr. Substantial changes to the proposed action may be made following the public hearing for each case.
