LEGAL NOTICE The Town of Manteo (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Devon Street Sewer Replacement 67637 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Manteo Town Hall located at 407 Budleigh Street Manteo, NC 27954, until 2:00 PM (local time) on October 8, 2025. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: This project includes the replacement of approximately 672 LF of gravity sewer main along Devon Street via open-cut installation. The project also includes replacing 14, four-inch PVC sewer service line connections, replacing 3 four-foot diameter manholes, implementing site/pavement repairs, implementing erosion and sediment control measures, installing and maintaining traffic control measures, bypass pumping, connecting to the existing sewer main, and removing the existing sewer main and the existing manholes.
