Kennewick Housing Authority Public Housing Program Waitlist Open The Kennewick Housing Authority (KHA) will accept a limited number of online applications for the Public Housing Program (2–3-bedroom units only) beginning Monday, October 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Applications will be accepted until the goal is met or until no later than Monday, October 20, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. Households must meet income guidelines, additional Housing Authority and HUD requirements.
