CLOVIS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clovis Unified School District of Fresno County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "District," will receive up to, but not later than Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 11:00 am (PST), Proposals for the award of a contract for RFP No. 3044 Charter Bus Services. Proposal Documents are available on District's Electronic Bid Portal, OpenGov.com, which can be accessed by visiting https://www.cusd.com/bid-schedule. All proposals shall be made and presented on the forms provided in the RFP documents. Any questions, requests for information, requests for clarification and the like must be submitted on or before Wednesday, October 8, 2025 on 10:00 am (PST) using the District's Electronic Bid Portal, OpenGov.com, which can be accessed by visiting https://www.cusd.com/bid-schedule. The Award of the contract, will be by action of the Governing Board to the most responsive and responsible bidder with the highest score considering all evaluation criteria.
