NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY NORTHWEST OPEN ACCESS NETWORK Notice is hereby given that Northwest Open Access Network ("NoaNet") is preparing and will file in its records on October 8th, 2025 a proposed budget of its contemplated financial transactions for the calendar year 2026. A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held via Zoom meeting. Directions on how to access the meeting will be located on our website www.noanet.net. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. on October 8, 2025. Any affected party may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against the whole or any part of the proposed budget. Upon conclusion of the hearing, including any continuation of it, the Board of Directors will, by resolution, adopt the budget as finally determined, and fix the final amount of expenditures for the ensuing year.
