City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Site Development Plan The City of Beaufort Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to consider the following: The applicant, Court Atkins Architect, is requesting a site development plan approval in order to build a two-story 4,500 square foot mixed-use building in the Whitehall development located at 119 Whitehall Drive. The property is further identified as R123 014 000 0168 0000. Documents relating to this request are available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
