Sealed bids must be received by the 20th day of October, 2025 at the Borough Office at 400 S. High Street, Port Matilda, PA. Bids will be opened on the 21st day of October, 2025. Purchaser will be responsible for all transfer taxes, recording costs and purchaser's legal fees. The property has an unoccupied office structure located thereon. The property is being sold "as is" without warranties, except as to title. Successful purchaser must deposit 10% of the bid within five (5) days of award and close within sixty (60) days of the date of award.
