Public Hearing Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEYVILLE, TEXAS TO CONSIDER THE ADVISABILITY OF THE AMENDMENT OF REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE, CITY OF COLLEYVILLE, TEXAS, EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES AND EXTENDING THE TERM, FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PURPOSES PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 311, TEXAS TAX CODE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council of the City of Colleyville, Texas (the "City"), pursuant to Chapter 311.003 Texas Tax Code, as amended, (the "Act"), will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas 76034, for the purpose of considering the amendment of Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Colleyville, Texas, located within the boundaries of the City. All persons are invited to attend the hearing and speak for or against the amendment of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Colleyville, Texas, the proposed expanded boundaries, or the concept of tax increment financing. Written or oral statements will be considered. The proposed boundaries are noncontiguous and are located in the corporate limits of the City. The boundaries include areas along Precinct Line Road, W McDonwell School Road, W LD Lockett Road, Colleyville Boulevard, Bransford Road, Glade Road, Heritage Road, Westcoat Drive, John McCain Road, Montclair Street, Pool Road, and Jackson Road, as more particularly described by a description and a map available at Colleyville City Hall located at 100 Main Street, Colleyville, Texas 76034, and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
