LEGAL NOTICE This notice is in accordance with the Illinois Revenue Act of 1939 as amended. It is the intention of the St. Clair County Board of Review to equalize assessments in all townships within St. Clair County for the assessment year 2025 to the statutory level of 33 1/3% of value according to the 35 ILCS 200/12-65 of the Revenue Act of 1939 as amended.
