CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID IRRIGATION CLOCKS PROCUREMENT The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the purchase of Rain Bird irrigation controllers and components. This procurement includes furnishing all goods in accordance with the bid documents and specifications.
