Public Notice Notice is hereby given the property owner, Shiloh Road Hotels, LLC, has completed a C-PACE transaction as per chapter 43 of Title 12 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes. Legal Description Property Located in Centre County, Pennsylvania ALL that certain messuage, tenement, and tract of land situate, lying and being in the Township of College, County of Centre, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bounded and described on the basis of a current survey thereof by Andrew J. Knapka, Registered Surveyor, as follows: BEGINNING at the westernmost corner of the land herein described at an iron pin set, which iron pin marks the southwesterly corner of lands now or formerly of Norman J. Kline, et ux.; thence from said place of beginning and along said lands North 56° 41' 17" East, 323.84 feet to an iron pin beside a concrete boundary marker; thence still along said lands, South 34° 28' 43" East, 150.00 feet to an iron pipe, an old corner, beside a concrete boundary marker; thence still along said lands and along the northerly line of a fifty-foot private access right-of-way and entering the right-of-way of College Township Road No. 378, South 56° 41' 17" West (crossing the easterly right-ofway line of said township road at 316.76 feet), for a total distance of 318.14 feet to a point; thence leaving said road, North 36° 39' 09" West (passing over an iron pin in the northeasterly right-of-way line of said township road at 6.13 feet), for a total distance of 150.22 feet to the iron pin at the place of beginning. Combined, these measures were reported to reduce energy consumption by approximately 10% compared to the established baseline. These savings include 83,486 kWh of electricity and 1,668 Therms of natural gas per year. In total, these savings were valued at $11,007 annually. The total amount of the qualified improvement was $1,600,000.00, with the Financing charges equal to $116,757.00 with a capitalized interest of $253,453.00.
