SUBJECT: Public Hearing / FY 2024 - 25 Public Facilities Impact Fee Annual Fiscal Report and Inflationary Adjustment At the time and place stated above, the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing to consider adoption of a Resolution approving the FY 2024-25 Public Facilities Impact Fee Annual Fiscal Report, making findings as required by Government Code 66000 et. seq., and making an annual adjustment of 3 percent to the fee based on the State of California Department of Industrial Relations Consumer Price Index (CPI) – California for All Urban Consumers from June 2024 – June 2025. The Public Facilities Impact Fee was adopted in 1996 to mitigate the impacts of new development on county facilities.
