PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF EAGLE Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following: APPLICATION #: A-2025-05/RZDA-2025-05/PPUD-2025-03/CUP-2025-03/PP-2025-04 APPLICATION BY: Sage Investment Partners PROJECT SUMMARY: A-2025-05/RZDA-2025-05/PPUD-2025-03/CUP-2025-03/PP-2025-04– Sagehill Subdivision – Sage Investment Partners: Sage Investment Partners, represented by Dave Yorgason with Tall Timber Consulting, is requesting annexation and rezone from RR (Rural Residential – Ada County Designation) and RP (Rural Preservation – Ada County Designation) to R-1-DA (Residential with a development agreement), preliminary development plan, conditional use permit, and preliminary plat approval for Sagehill Subdivision, a 214-lot (200-residential; 14 common lot) residential subdivision. The 736.00-acre site is generally located 1.60-miles southwest of the intersection of State Highway 55 and North McLeod Way and approximately 2.59-miles east of the intersection Willow Creek Road and the future East Aerie Lane. You are invited to attend the public hearing and offer comments for consideration. WRITTEN COMMENTS regarding this application must be received by the City no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho 83616. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences known to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
