Advertising by Bibb County Tax Commissioner for Judicial In Rem Tax Foreclosure Sale in accordance with O.C.G.A 48-4-75 to 48-4-81 and Court Order in Case Number 2025-CV-083204. During the legal hours of sale on NOVEMBER 4, 2025, the same being the first Tuesday of the month, the below described property will be sold at the United Building in Central City Park located at 206 7th Street, Macon, Georgia, which is the legal place designated for Sheriff's Sales. The property address, Tax ID Parcel No., legal description, and parties who may claim an interest in the property are shown below.

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Godfrey District, Bibb County, Georgia, and being the southwest corner of the one-acre tract conveyed by E. Tris Napier, Jr. and Granville S. Napier to W.P. Perkins by deed dated December 1, 1943, and recorded in Deed Book 513, Folio 183, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Said tract COMMENCES on Daffodil Street, (formerly Neal Avenue) where land now or formerly of Perkins joins land now or formerly of Douglas and runs along Daffodil Street (formerly Neal Avenue) in an easterly direction 117 feet to the land now or formerly of Oscar and Derry Simmons; thence at an angle in a northerly direction a distance of 184 feet to an alley in the rear; thence in a westerly direction along said alley 117 feet to land now or formerly of Douglas; thence at right angles and in a southerly direction 176 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING.
