Public Notice In accordance with section 50.0311, Florida Statutes, Miami-Dade County hereby provides notice that the County is using a publicly accessible website to publish certain legally required advertisements and public notices. Property owners and residents may also choose to receive these legally required advertisements and public notices from the County by first-class mail or e-mail upon registering their names and addresses or e-mail addresses with the County. The County shall maintain a registry of names, addresses, and e-mail addresses of property owners and residents who have requested in writing that they receive legally required advertisements and public notices by first-class mail or e-mail.
