The lease premises includes 4079.56 acres in State's ownership in within portions of Sections 13 & 24, Township 5 North, Range 24 East, W.M., and portions of Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 & 21, Township 5 North, Range 25 East, W.
