CENTENNIAL AUTHORITY LENOVO CENTER – FACILITY CONDITION ANALYSIS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS(RFQ) The Centennial Authority (the "Authority") as owner of the Lenovo Center (the "Arena"), 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607, seeks proposals from qualified professionals for the production of a Facility Condition and Design Feature Analysis ("Facility Analysis") for the Arena (the "Project"). An RFQ outlining Project requirements and work schedule is available from Jeff Merritt, Executive Director for the Authority jmerritt@centauth.com. Requests for the RFQ and/or inquiries regarding qualifications should be submitted electronically to jmerritt@centauth.com without delay but no later than 10:00 am, October 8, 2025 at which time an onsite visit for prospective bidders is tentatively scheduled at the Arena. The date and time of the visit are subject to change based upon the progress of construction now underway. Hard copies and an electronic version of Proposals in response to this RFQ are due in Mr. Merritt's office at the Arena no later than 5:00 p.m. October 29, 2025. The Authority anticipates making an award to the preferred respondent on December 4, 2025.
