The applicant is requesting approval to modify a sovereignty submerged land aquaculture management agreement preempting 10 acres, more or less of sov- ereignty submerged land in the Manatee River in Manatee County to allow use of the full water column for shellfish restoration activities. The management agreement is not located in an Aquatic Preserve. A map identifying the location of the proposed activity accompanies this notice.
