BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING DATES FOREST CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 The Board of Supervisors of the Forest Creek Community Development District has scheduled their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at 1:00 p.m. except for the June and August meetings which will convene at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated at the Forest Creek Clubhouse located at 11685 Old Florida Lane, Parrish, Florida 34219. October 9, 2025 November 13, 2025 December 11, 2025 January 8, 2026 February 12, 2026 March 12, 2026 April 9, 2026 (budget review) May 14, 2026 June 11, 2025 (budget approval) - 6:00 p.m. July 9, 2026 August 13, 2025 (budget adoption) – 6:00 p.m. September 9, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for a particular meeting may be obtained by contacting the District Manager at Inframark, Infrastructure Management Services 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33607, or by calling 813-991-1140 during normal business hours. The meetings may be continued in progress to a time, date, and location stated on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate by telephone. At the above location there may be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in a meeting or workshop is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting or workshop by contacting the District Manager at Inframark, Infrastructure Management Services at (407) 566-4385. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 711, who can aid you in contacting the District Office. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at these meetings or workshop with respect to any matter considered at the meetings or workshop is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
