NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LUCIA MAR UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT INTENTION TO DEDICATE PROPERTY RESOLUTION CONVEYING GRANT OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT AFFECTING REAL PROPERTY AT HARLOE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TO THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE FOR THE HALCYON CORRIDOR COMPLETE STREETS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT At a regular meeting on September 16, 2025, the Lucia Mar Unified School District (LMUSD) Board of Education (Board) approved, adopted, and passed Resolution A-2526-5 Intention to Convey Grant of Easement Agreement Affecting Real Property at Harloe Elementary School to the City of Arroyo Grande for the "Halcyon Corridor Complete Streets Improvements" Project. On October 7, 2025, the Board will consider adopting a Conveying Grant of Easement Agreement Affecting Real Property at Harloe Elementary School, so that the City of Arroyo Grande can utilize the property as necessary in connection with the Halcyon Corridor Complete Streets Improvements Project, at any and all times, without prior permission from LMUSD.
