Any such protest shall be filed pursuant to Commission regulations and must state specific reasons why the grant of the Application may cause waste, violate correlative rights, or pollute the natural resources of the State of Kansas. Protests shall be mailed to the Kansas Corporation Commission, Conservation Division, 266 N. Main, Suite 220, Wichita, KS 67202, with a copy to the applicant's attorney listed below. If no valid protest is timely filed with the Commission, the Application will be determined by the Commission and may be granted administratively without further notice.
