Bethel School District Capital Facilities Plan – Non-Project SEPA Environmental Checklist Notice of Availability and Comment Period for Non-Project SEPA Environmental Checklist for the 2025-2031 Capital Facilities Plan, Bethel School District The Bethel School District has issued the State Environmental Policy (SEPA) Environmental Checklist for the 2025-2031 Capital Facilities Plan. The Bethel School District issued a Non-Project SEPA Environmental Checklist on September 19, 2025 under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11-WAC) for the Capital Facilities Plan Update. The Capital Facilities Plan is a planning document outlining school facilities needs for the next 6 years, therefore under SEPA rules the proposal is a non-project action.
