Notice of Availability and Comment Period for Non-Project SEPA Environmental Checklist for the 2025-2031 Capital Facilities Plan, Bethel School District
The Bethel School District has issued the State Environmental Policy (SEPA) Environmental Checklist for the 2025-2031 Capital Facilities Plan.
The Bethel School District issued a Non-Project SEPA Environmental Checklist on September 19, 2025 under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11-WAC) for the Capital Facilities Plan Update. The Capital Facilities Plan is a planning document outlining school facilities needs for the next 6 years, therefore under SEPA rules the proposal is a non-project action.

The District invites public review and comment on the Non-Project SEPA Environmental Checklist. Written comments on the Environmental Checklist must be submitted to: Jeffrey Mann, Facilities Planner, by 4:30 P.M. on October 6, 2025 at 5410 184th Street East Building "C", Puyallup, WA 98375 or by email at jemann@bethelsd.org.
