NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ON THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR OPERATING COSTS OF STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT PROJECTS Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners in the Meeting Chamber of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC on October 21, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the item is reached on the agenda to consider the Operating Cost Preliminary Assessment Rolls for the following street lighting projects: 1) Capps Hollow Subdivision, 2) Cardinal Woods Subdivision and Cardinal Woods Estate, 3) Hearthstone Subdivision, 4) McGinnis Village Subdivision, 5) Mountain Point Subdivision, 6) Mountain Point Estates Subdivision, 7) Royal Oaks Subdivision, 8) Spicewood Subdivision. The Operating Cost Preliminary Assessment Rolls for these street lighting assessment projects have been completed and are available for public inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners located at 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC and at the Mecklenburg County Land Use and Environmental Services Agency, 2145 Suttle Ave, Charlotte, NC. The Parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard and may obtain information on these Preliminary Assessment Rolls from the Mecklenburg County Land Use and Environmental Services Agency, 2145 Suttle Ave, Charlotte, NC or call (980) 314-3325.
