NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PARKS, RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE (PROS) PLAN AMENDMENT The University Place City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 6, 2025, during its regular meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at 3609 Market Place West, Third Floor. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed amendment to the 2020 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan. The public is encouraged to participate and may provide written or verbal testimony. Written comments are accepted via email and should be sent to the City Clerk at Egenetia@cityofup.com.
