NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING NORTH RIVER RANCH IMPROVEMENT STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the North River Ranch Improvement Stewardship District will hold their meetings for the 2026 Fiscal Year at 8141 Lakewood Main Street, Bradenton, FL 34202 at 1:15 p.m. on the following days: October 8, 2025 November 12, 2025 December 10, 2025 January 14, 2026 February 11, 2026 March 11, 2026 April 8, 2026 May 13, 2026 June 10, 2026 July 8, 2026 August 12, 2026 September 9, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Florida Law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Suite 270, Orlando, FL 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
