NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA BIBB COUNTY WHEREAS, DARIUS WHITE, A MARRIED MAN, as borrower(s), executed a SECURITY DEED to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, Lender which was dated 6/30/2021, and recorded on 9/14/2021, in Instrument No.: n/a, Deed Book 11008, Page 43, securing the payment of a Note in the amount of $307,411.00 in Bibb County, Georgia Register of Deeds. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Security Deed by the Holder, and by virtue of the power of sale and authority vested in it, will on 12/2/2025 sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash Before the Courthouse door of the Bibb County Courthouse, 601 Mulberry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201 of Bibb, the following described property situated in Bibb County, Georgia, to wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 107 OF THE THIRTEENTH (13TH) LAND DISTRICT OF BIBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 51, PHASE ONE, OF A SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BARRINGTON PLACE, ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SURVEY, ENTITLED "FINAL PLAT OF: BARRINGTON PLACE SUBDIVISION PHASE ONE", PREPARED BY OCMULGEE SURVEYORS, ENGINEERS, CONSULTANTS, PLANNERS, CERTIFIED BY MARTY A.
