City of Lakewood Notice of Application Kernen Liem, HDR Inc, c/o Lakewood Water District, SEPA #16836 The City of Lakewood has received a SEPA application for the construction of a new booster pump station, and installation of GAC pressure vessels for PFAS treatment. The subject site is located at 2700 88th Street South (APN # 0320312080) that spans 2.40 acres which is located within the Air Corridor 2 (AC2) zoning district. SEPA review is required for this project. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-355 the City is electing to use the optional DNS process. The SEPA threshold determination for this proposal is expected to be a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS), which may include standard mitigation measures, and the project review process may incorporate mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.
