Lead Agency: City of Fife. Application Submittal Date: August 6, 2025. Completeness Determination Date: August 26, 2025. Notice of Application Date/Comment Period Begins: September 18, 2025. Comment Period Ends: October 2, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Description of Proposal: The project will install new street lighting to improve vehicle and pedestrian safety at nine intersections in the City of Fife. Four of the intersections occur within the shoreline jurisdiction and are subject to review under this application. Location of Proposal: City Right-of-Way at the following intersections: 1. North Levee Road E & 44th Street E. 2. North Levee Road E & 66th Ave E. 3. North Levee Road E & 70th Ave E. 4. North Levee Road & Freeman Road E.
